Hello and welcome to HCM,
The test that you are talking about is the widal test.
Widal test is done for typhoid infection.
Typhoid is caused by bacteria Salmonella typhi and Salmonella paratyphi.
The infection by either of these bacteria is detected by Widal test.
Widal test detects the presence of antibodies against antigens O and H of these bacteria.
The antibody titres above 1:80 are significant and suggest infection.
The levels of antibody against Salmonella paratyphi are 1:160.
This level is significant and thus suggests infection with Salmonella paratyphi.
You need to consult your doctor with report for prescription of antibiotic against paratyphoid infection.

Thanks and take care
