Need Insight On Bilateral Inferior Turbinate Hypertrophy

My son got severe head ache and recommended to test the eyes and put a power glass still the head ache has not stopped we have taken a x-ray for eye part in that report they mentioned that the impression - bilateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy. We are more worried about it.

First requirement is refraction. if there is a power requirement then he has to use it. inferior turbinate bone hypertrophy is not that important. however you may consult an ent doctor for opinion.
