I am getting cured for this STD but I have noticed the opening around my vigina have white bumps, with a thick white discharge. also burning and itching. its totally disgusting but it does not look like Hpv or Herpes ...

You need to have a course of antibiotics like metronidazole 400mg for at least 14 days along with antifungal drugs.
