Need Medication For Abdominal Pain

I am having abdominal pain all the way down just above my vagina if I press on it it hurts really bad. I am also leaking fluid . A lot . Smells kind of like pee. I know I am not pregnant . Haven't had intercourse in over 6 months.. What is wrong with me? I have no insurance so I don't know what to do.

Hi. This looks to be UTI, the pain being due to cystitis and also causing leaking of urine.
No insurance : but at least a urine test and ultrasonography should be done. You also need to take antibiotics. Do you have any medicines at home ?
You may take Ciproflxacin or oflaxacin twice daily , have a plenty of oral fluids.
