Need Medication For Bruise & Swelling On The Nose

My 2 year old fell on his nose yesterday, today he looks like a boxer on one side of his nose, above the nostril it's swollen and bruised. He was breathing fine, but, he sounded stuffed up. Will this damage his nose for life? Do I need to see a doctor? Thanks, Nicole

yes. any intenal injury to nasal septum should be evaluated for septal haematoma,bleeding per nose.kindly have a visit for ent examination and evaluation. if the heamatoma not treated it may go to abscess and future nasal deformity.
