Need Medication For Bulky Cervix & Cyst

Hi i have had a cat scan and a ultra sound which both show a bulky cervix taken at different times of the month.

I now have cyst which they say take ibuprofen and it will go away it ha
Plus plus plus for blood in urine but no infection. And two clips missing from sterilization.
Been in discomfort for over a year. Why won't anyone give me an answer as to where the clips are. Basically been told nothing wrong foot come back! I asked to bring forward my smear but they said no need there is nothing wrong. Also my back hurts.

A cervical biopsy along with a Pap smear may be required for this condition, a course of antibiotics will be required.
