Need Medication For Bumps On Penis After Unprotected Sex

Hello,

I have a pin head sized whitehead like pimple on my penis. One appeared about a week ago 3 days after having unprotected sex with my partner of 6 months. I have only been having sex with her and am hoping the same is true for her. When I took a shower it popped and went away. That was the first time we ever had sex unprotected. I went and got tested for HIV, chlamydia and ghonnorhea and it all came back negative. A week or so later a whitehead pimple appeared again. Now I'm worried. There is no pain just as before, no redness and no other symptoms. I do have a history of bad skin but 2 bumps on my penis in the span of a week has me up in arms. Can this be herpes or something else?
