Need Medication For Chest Pain In Front,back & Even Shoulders

Hi,
I am having chest pain in front and back and even in shoulders.
I feeling pain in throat when swallowing as well.
Today morning I felt completely breathless.
I feel mucus is stuck in throat and chest as it is coming out every 2-3 minutes.
What could be the reason and what can I do to cure this.

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us at HCM.

the symptoms are suggestive of lower respiratory tract infection.
Kindly consult a physician and get a Chest Xray PA view done.
Is there any history of fever?

The following medications shall be helpful
1. Tablet Augmentin 375 mg thrice a day for 10 days.
2. If you have fever take Tablet paracetamol 500mg thrice a day.
3. Guaifenesin cough syrup - over the counter cough expectorant which releases mucous plugs and relieves congestion.
