wheezing etc need thorough evaluation to rule out
asthma.
All these symptoms suggest allergic component and asthma can cause similar symptoms.

Asthalin is short acting beta 2 agonist (SABA). It's action lasts for only 1-2 hours. So repeated
dosing is required. And hence side effects like palpitations, tremors etc are more.
Newer long acting beta 2 agonist (LABA) are safe for long term use.
So discuss all these with your doctor and start appropriate treatment.
