Understanding your concern. As per your query you have the symptoms of dry skin and white patches pointing towards a condition known as sunburn or photo-allergic dermatitis. In this condition the symptoms like peeling of skin and dry patches become prominent. I would suggest you to:
Wash your face with cold water. Apply cold compresses to your face 2-3 times a day. Take antihisamine drug like Benadryl. Apply broad spectrum sunscreen to face all the times. Apply vitamin C serum at night.
If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment and retinoids.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari,
