Need Medication For Irregular Periods

Hi, I have PCOD. I am 30 years old. I have got married 2 years back. I have alway had irregular periods. After marriage I started taking ginette 35 and my periods got regular but I stopped taking ginette five months before and from that one one period has come. I am not planning a baby as of now but quite anxious because it has been 4 moths now. I did have pregnancy test and I am not pregnant. What should I do? Is there any problem? Also I want to plan my baby after 1 to 2 years. Is that can be a problem? What changes should I bring in my routine for regular periods? Thank You
