Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear patient,

The symptoms are awfully concerning and need further investigation as these may represent angina, meaning pain coming from blocked arteries of the heart. I suggest having an appointment with a cardiologist as soon as possible, to determine the tests that need to be done next (eg. stress test, angiogram, etc) and the appropiate medications you need to be on. At a minimum, in the meantime, I would recommend you to take a baby aspirin (75-81 mg) daily until you see a heart doctor.

Hope this helps, wish you the best,
