Need Medication For Soar Throat And Headache

Every morning I wake up with a soar throat & slight headache. Through out the day I will just swetting out if no where!!! I'm also extremely fatigued!!!! The minute I stop moving around it feels like my eyes get heavy & I could just fall asleep!!! Please help!!

Hi, sir you take these medicine's.
Tab, Augmentin 625 mg twice for 5 days.
Tab. Enzoflam 1 bd for 5 days.
Drink boiled water only.
Avoid cold and oily items.
If symptoms persist u can consult doctor.
