Need Medication For Throat Infection

hi, two days back(23/3/14) my throat got infected ,may be due to change in whether and on the same day i have to travel a long journey of 7 hours, and then body pain, fever and cold were the result. i have taken syrup and my cold is better but temp raises whenever i do some work. taking metafal forte (half dose) whenever i feel like fever. should i take some antibiotic also line novamox Cv 625mg.?

As you are suffering form a probable infection with fever, you need to start antibiotic asap. Amoxi-Clav combination is good but may cause diarrhea in some patients. Also meftal-spas is a smooth muscle relaxant for abdominal pain and not the ideal drug for fever management. YOu may take paracetamol (625mg) instead on SOS basis. Get Well soon!!
