Need Medication For Whooping Cough

hello, i have been experiencing random coughs for about 2 weeks. i usually cough a lot in the morning (usually with in 2 hours of waking up) and some times i would get a cough attack during the day. i am trying to take nitequill for 3 days. do i have whooping cough

I can understand your concern.
No, possibility of whooping cough is less in your case.
Whooping cough is caused by pertusis bacteria. And vaccination with pertusis vaccine is mandatory in childhood for prevention of whooping cough.
You must have vaccinated with pertusis vaccine in childhood, so no need to worry for pertusis at present.
Possibility of viral Upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) is more.
So drink plenty of fluids orally.
Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Start antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, you will improve in 1-2 weeks.
If not improving then consult doctor.
