Need Medicine For Fever.
Hi, my daughter is having fever 102.8 F, as advised my our pediatrician we have given crocin drop but fever is not coming down It is still above 101 F. Also trying sponge but not much relief. 2 dose of crocin given so far between 4pm to 3 am . Can we give meftal? What is the gap between crocin and meftal. Her age is 9 months and weight 8 kg

Your baby is of 9 months old, and had fever. crocin drops didn't give any relief.
The relief of fever depends upon the cure of the cause, after the diagnosis.
The fever is the reaction of the body to some infection, usually when the infection is controlled, then only the temperature comes down.
Of course many prefer to give only paracetamol, till the cure, if you wish to follow you can give either crocin, or meftal every 4 hours.
