Need Medicine For Severe Pain In The Lower Back And Pelvic Bone With Vaginal Discharge.

For a few months i ve been suffering with horrendous lower back pain. I also get sharp pains around my pubic bone and my vaginal discharge seems to be constantly leaking. I often feel lightheaded and nauseous. I am not pregnant. My moods are very up and down too. Please help! i am a 30 year old mothe of 2.

Hi,

I think that you may be suffering from pelvic inflammatory disease so I would suggest you to have a course of Doxycycline tablet for 10 days along with Metronidazole 400 for 10 days and tablet Itraconazole 200 mg for 4 weeks, take antispasmodic Drotaverine tablets for 5 days to reduce pain and paracetamol tablet 650 mg in case the pain is too much.
