Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

With the severity of the pain you have narrated which is disrupting your sleep, I would not advise you to seek help over the net, but to get yourself assessed in the ER of the nearest hospital. Till that you could go for a proton pump inhibitor, and an anti spasmodic drug for a possible symptomatic relief.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.

Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef
