Need Medicine For Swollen Neck Glands, Ear Pain, Balance Problem With Chest Pain And Fatigue
swollen neck glands both sides, ear pressure, top of head burn, night sweats, balance problems , chest pain in far upper left rib cage, has not cleared up was on ciprofloxin and metronidazol recieved at urgent care last sunday, with no improvement, severe fatigue

Here according to history you can have sialdenitis -salivary gland infection along with upper respiratory tract infection....
You are given broad spectrum antibiotic to cover possible bacterial organism...
Chest pain could be by bronchitis infection...
Your physical examination esp auscultation done for rule out any respi pathology if present ...
If needed chest x ray and spirometry done to assess cause and severity ...
For imbalance problem neurological examination done and B12 level in blood checked....
If congestive symptom present antihistaminic drug can be given....
If needed from enlarged gland FNAC done to rule put its nature ....
