Need Suggestions For A Safe Pregnancy
hi, am savi, 31yrs old, 1m 68 n 80kg, i had a miscarriage on 15th of february 2014 , i have stop bleeding now, i want to know what do i do to ensure that i don't suffer from a miscarriage if i happen to get pregnant again and in how much time is it safe to plan a pregnancy again , thanks in advance

As you are suffered from miscarriage,I would advice you to plan your pregnancy after 3 months (12 weeks).Because uterus takes minimum this much time to regain its healthy lining tissue.
Also reduce your weight atleast 10 kgs.Your chances of becoming pregnant will be more. Don't be stressed up.Be relaxed.
