Need Suggestions For Gestational Diabetes

i am 37 weeks pregnant i have gestational diabetes and have been seeing white spots, having bad dizzy spells, headaches and having alot of pelvic pressure here the last week i have told the doctor i seen today bout it and he said that may blood pressure was good and that the baby sounded fine. this was the first time i had seen this doctor before and a week ago i was over 50% effaced and 1cm dilated plus the baby is not moving hardly the last two nst ive had this week the only way they get him to move is using the buzzed. should i be worried because it has me scared because with my first son they had to induce me because he was losing fluids and we bout lost him .

You do not need to worry because in this gestational age pelvic pressure is normal,fetal head lies to your pelvis.
50% effaced and 1cm dilated is are good parameters for cervix and delivery.
Fetal moving are reduced with increasing gestational age because increased baby weight and reduced space where baby lies.
