Need To Gain An Inch In Penis Girth For Sexual Satisfaction To The Partner. Suggestions?

I'm male, 25 years old. I believe that penis length doesn't matter as long as the size is more then 3 inches. My penis length is 4.5 inches and I'm satisfied with this. Females like girth during intercourse, and here is the problem. My penis girth, by measuring the circumference when fully erect, is 3 inches. I personally and based on some hearing from community, have known that my wife wont even feel this girth inside her, but she may feel length. I only want one inch gain in my penis girth, but not in length. Kindly suggest me any remedy to get one inch in girth only, either by medicine or using any other source. Regards

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have doubt in your mind about girth of your penis on erection which is 3 inches and you want it to increase it by medicines.
First of all I would like to make you clear that the girth of the penis has no significance during intercourse .It is the hardness of the erected penis that is important from the point of view of satisfaction of a female partner.
Second important fact is that there are no medicines available to increase the girth of penis.
