OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Before coming to any conclusion, I suggest you go for a USG abdomen and pelvis and a urine examination routine and microscopic to rule out the underlying cause of your pain.

Meanwhile, you can take Meftalspass for pain. Sometimes in the early 40s, women experience vaginal dryness which can cause painful sexual intercourse and can be treated with oestrogen rings and using lubrication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
