I'm 18 (uni student) and normally go out clubbing but sometimes the music gets to me, i feel anxious and like I'm about to throw up. I'm Not sure if it's anxiety as it doesn't happen all the time. I get the feeling that too much is going on all at once.
I think, you have panic attack and in that case, you need low dose antidepressant with benzodiazepine that would help you to control such episode.
