Infectious Diseases Specialist, Dr. Praveen G's Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM,
I suggest you not to worry much. I can understand the stressful situation you are in. From the description it is very clear that you are suffering with stress related symptoms.
Absence of recreational activities and high stress / high risk work style is taking its toll on your health. Entertaining and leisure time actiities like games, sports etc can be of good value.
Being with family members and going for a vacation can also help. Keeping yourself busy outside your home, exercising etc can help. Breathing is a good technique to overcome stress. Researches have shown that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders.
Psychotherapy to have life style changes, Yoga and meditation to streamline thought process and metabolism can be practiced for easy and permanent cure. Contact a psychologist for further information.
If you still need my help, please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me. Thank you.
