Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
when i was going into high school i was worried about penis size. I heard about a guy that took a vacuum to make it bigger. I ended up trying it for maybe a minute or two then stopped. Now im out of high school and ever Since then ive had problems getting an erection. I dont know if its a mind thing since i do still get hard sometimes and other times i cant. I just feel like before i did that i could get erection more easily and it would be harder than it is now. Did i do some permanent damage or is it just a mind thing.
As you mentioned you get hard sometimes and not sometimes, itself suggest that you do not have any physical problem there. If there is damage, you cant make it hard for once also.
Something wrong in your mind.It is misconception that you have erection problem. This perception causes anxiety and due to which you sometimes missed the erection.
And yes penile size does not matter for sex much.As only 3 inches of female vagina is sensitive for sexual arousal, only 3-4 inches size of penis in erection position is sufficient for sex.
