Need Treatment For Extreme Pain In The Foot After Hitting A Wall.

I kicked a concrete wall on the driveway this morning really hard. I was able to walk but slight pain till about two hours ago. I am now crawling and in constant extreme pain. If it was broke, I would have not been able to walk this AM, correct? It s the too right side of my foot. Not a toe.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

You can Ibuprofen or Apranax (naproxen+Codeine) for the pain.
You should put some cold compresses in the foot, keep the leg in an elevated position. Both this serves to reduce the swelling and inflammation.
If the pain and swelling doesn't improve you should consult a physician and get an X-ray of the foot to see possible injuries.

Hope my answer has helped.
Take care.
