Need Treatment For Irregular Periods
I think I had my period, but it only lasted about 4 days. First two days I bled very light and until today I have been spotting barely. I was expecting a period sometime this week, but I m not sure if that was it. Last time I had sex was on the second, last week.

For your irregular period and light bleeding during menstruation, I suggest you investigate with serum TSH estimation, CBC, serum prolactin, DHEA estimation for primary work up.
It will help in rule out thyroid issue, Hormonal imbalance, etc like a problem if present.
If your next period delayed than rule out pregnancy by urine HCG card test.
