Need Treatment For Itching & Burning Caused Due To Usage Of Hydrogen Peroxide For Ear Piercing

I am a 16 yr old girl, and I weigh 120. My question is, I got my ear pierced, and where they marked where to pierce (with a sharpie) made a black dot inside the newly made ear piercing. I wanted to get it out, so I used hydrogen peroxide on it (I held a q-tip of it on the spot for some time) and used rubbing alcohol on it. It wouldn't come off so I scrubbed on it, and it still didn't work. I kept on fruit with the hydrogen peroxide and the rubbing alcohol. I woke up the next day and it was itchy and burned looking, and had a greenish scab over the area. Is this infected or is it a burn?
