Hi,

You may be having melasma, periorbital hypermelanosis and facial melanosis. The cause may be anaemia, vitamin deficiencies, mineral deficiencies, malnutrition, sun exposure, hormonal imbalance, thyroid dysfunction etc. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to apply cream of kojic acid and to take, tab vitamin C and tab glutathione for long time after thorough investigations. If there is any deficiencies, take treatment accordingly. If any internal problem detected, get treatment. Avoid sun exposure excessively. Improve hygiene. Take proper nutrition.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
