hello doctor my self jasbir singh from punjab i am married from last 10 year my problex is that iam unable sex with my wife due to early discharge from last 10 years . i have take so many medican but when take medican then it effect me after leave no effect contineous pls help me

I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
it seems you are having a persistent pre mature ejaculation. it would be wise to get your blood sugars examined. Also you can try the start stop technique. Your wife is supposed to start stimulating you and the moment you are about to ejaculated she is supposed to stop all the stimulaton and and hold your penis head hard. Now this should be repeated.
