Need Treatment For Ruptured Ear Drum

I have a ruptured ear drum. I am on anti biotics but am having a horrible time sleeping due to the pain. I have takenone and a half Tylenol pm and still cannot fall asleep. I have tried being elevated and a heart pack to help but still haven't found relief. Do you have any additional suggestions. Thanks

Hi,
As you started antibiotic medicine, within a day or two you will start feeling better.
Meanwhile to control pain take NSAID medicine like Ibuprofen or Diclophenac medicine as and when required.
Put some antibiotic, analgesic ear drops.
Ok and take care.
