Need Treatment For Sinus Headache

I am 64 yrs. Have suffered w/ sinus/allergy years but last 7 yrs have been severe and constant all year long. Had sinus surgery. No help. Had 3 allergy tests, no result. Diagnosed environmental allergy. take singulair, zEtonna, astepro, mucinex, advair 500/50(asthma). Yet I still am sick everyday. Sounds like ice breaking up in my head. Extreme fatigue. Symptoms much Worse when I go outside. All antidepressants cause terrible sinus headache. Any suggestions?

First I would like to suggest you to avoid stress....as you are taking antidepressant ...
Behavioural counselling therapy can be taken from psychiatrist ...
Feel brain with positive thought...
Regular exercise and yoga helpful...

Second for your allergic condition consult good allergy specialist doctor for it...
Wear mask while driving ...
Keep exposure to dust and smoke minimum.
Improve immunity by healthy and balanced diet with more fruits ..
If doctor feel then antioxident tablets can be given ...Immunotherapy also helpful.
Steam inhalation done two times daily...
