Need Treatment For Swelling In Jaw,clogging Of Ear & Swollen Tragus

I was in a bad altercation, in the end i ended up getting punched on the right side of my face, and hit my head a couple of times, but today is the fourth day and the bottom of my right jaw is swollen, my ear still feels clogged, and a vein by my tragus is swollen, its not too painful because i can eat. Is it just bruised?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the the swelling over the lower jaw could be an inflammatory origin because of the trauma or it can be because of the fractured bone also. you need to consult a oral physician and get examined, take a radiograph of your complete jaw like OPG to rule out any fracture in the bone. if i am your treating doctor i would have put you on analgesic with antiinflammatory drugs. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
