Need Treatment For Vibration On The Pelvic Area

hi doctor, i have vibrations in the pelvic area that is driving me crasy! It was appearing from time to time about to years ago! but about a month it is permanent and i feel it especially while resting! some other times the same sensations in both legs and big leg toys! but it is less anoying then the pelvic one!
