Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.

I Would like to know few things here:

1.) Have you had a Sexual exposure recently?
2.) When was the first test done?
3.) When did you stop the medications?

The Positive results of TPHA and VDRL suggest Syphilis, which means you still have the Infection, Sometimes the test may be Falsely Negative during Primary and Tertiary Syphilis. You should be getting yourself examined by a Infectious Disease Specialist so that he/she can examine you and suggest, FTA-ABS, Fluorescent Treponemal Antibody test which is more sensitive test than VDRL and TPHA.

If confirmed, you will be required to re start the treatment. Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.

Wish you Good Health.

Take Care.
