I was on nelstrate injection i took it for 3 month last year de last time i took it was might march 2012 i hav not being anything for prevention but now de problem my period is abnormal n my doctor suggested i took pills im on trigestel contraception its being being almost 4 months now but i miss most of de time as iam not used to taking pills de problem is i go to my period but sometimes is drops for a week or ill go one day den it stop n now i want a child but my period is not cuming as it should

Once the cause is found with the help of a urine examination, vaginal swab test and transvaginal ultrasound treatment can be directed more accurately.
A TVS scan will also help in ruling out/diagnosing other conditions that could result in intermenstrual bleeding like fibroids, polyps, endometriosis, etc.
