Hello ma'am.

It appears as though you could be sufferring from menstrual irregularities, buy we will have to find the cause for this and accordingly treat it. Let me first list some of tbe most common causes for such a presentation:
-hormonal imbalance
-sudden and/or excess weight gain or weight loss
-malnutrition
-strenuous exercise
-stress
-emotional trauma
-polycystic ovarian syndrome
-pelvic inflammatory diseases
-other infections

Once the cause is found with the help of a urine examination, vaginal swab test and transvaginal ultrasound treatment can be directed more accurately.

A TVS scan will also help in ruling out/diagnosing other conditions that could result in intermenstrual bleeding like fibroids, polyps, endometriosis, etc.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
