If bleeding from a soft point it take some more time to stop than ordinary bleeding.
You know that penile region is a such soft area so about this need not to worry.
If your's height is 6 ft than your's weight is correct but ht is less i.5'8" than little bit weight is more, that is the point of trouble , so if possible reduce your wt.
You are a frequent runner , but as you are very young so become a regular runner ant that would be best for you.
Unnecessarily don't bother about hemophilia or diabetes.
Live a normal life , if any disease that will come out automatically so think =ve.

Penis is a very vascular structure and any nick there can result in prolonged bleeding.
If you don't have any bleeding disorder or diabetes,then nothing is to be worried.
Just apply continuous pressure with thumb and index finger, at the nick site,for few minutes and bleeding shall stop.
You may even apply ice locally to stop the bleeding.
There is nothing to worry as it shall be all right soon with these home care methods.
