Nicorette Gums And Sprays Cause Cancer. Substances That Can Make Them Less Carcinogenic?

I have a general question, that doesn't directly relate to any condition...
I'd just like to know if nicorette gums and sprays still cause cancers, logically I assume that since they still contain nicotine (some higher than cigarettes), they're highly carcinogenic, but if there's something different that causes them to be less carcinogenic (like the lack of combustion for use or less chemicals) then I'd like to keep that in mind.

Hello...
Thanks for your query. That was a good logical query to ask. To clarify, you need to remember that cigarettes contain hundreds of carcinogenic chemicals in addition to nicotine. Hence, regardless of combustion cigarettes have high carcinogenic potential. Of course combustion further amplifies the chances. On the contrary, nicotine chewing gums contain only nicotine and have only minimal carcinogenic potential. Hope you are clear now. Wish you good health.
