No Heart Beat In The Foetous As Per USG In 7 Weeks Of Pregnancy. Is It Normal? 7 Months Before, Had Miscarriage.

i have seven week's of pregnancy but in my USG Report there is no heart beat of baby.i had a miscarriage before seven month's. is it normal or not ? i am so worried about the fetas heart beat.in my USG report desidual Reaction is normal and CRL length is 16.43mm now plz tell me everything is normal or not ?

Thanks for the query.
The possible causes for absent heart beat are :
- Defective chromosomes of the embryo.
- Defective ovum or spermatozoa, these may not repeat in next pregnancy.
-Deficiency of hormones like progesterone, hcg etc.
- Maternal infections
-Genetic abnormalities, especially in case of consanguineous marriage.

So, consult gynecologist once and get evaluated throughly.
Go for investigations like ultrasound, hormonal profile including estrogen, progesterone, LH and FSH etc, thyroid profile, TORCH panel, antiphospholipid antibodies, genetical mapping of wife and husband.
With this workup, the possible cause for your problem can be identified and preventive measures can be followed in future.
