No Intercourse. Touched Pre-cum From Penis ,not Sure If Touched Vagina. Took I-pill Next Day. No Periods.

Hello, Good Morning
My GF was expecting her periods on 26th of OCTOBER. On the same day we got a bit close, but didn't had intercourse. In the mean time she had touched my penis and got in contact with some amount of pre-cum. After that she doesn't remember whether she had touched with the same hands to her vagina. The next day after 20-22 hrs of this incident she took an i-pill. Now it has been 8 days and still she has not got her periods. As mentioned earlier, she was expecting her periods on 26th October itself.
My query is, can she be pregnant??
When she will get her periods??

Hello,
Intercourse or just intimacy around the time of onset of the period is absolutely safe. She cannot be pregnant. The cause of the delayed period is the emergency pill as it contains excess hormone and thereby the hormonal balance of the body is disturbed. Her periods may be seen within a week or so. If her periods get delayed by more than a fortnight, please see a gynecologist for further support. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
