No Period After Taking Implanon But Having Stomach And Back Pain. Can I Be Pregnant?

Hi, my name s Happyness, I ve just had my implanon taken out for 1 month now, I haven t have a period yet. Just this week Monday when I woke up I had a very bad shappy like pain in my abdomen then the following day Tuesday it changed to period like pain and then on thesame day I started having lower back pain until now. So do you think I could be pregnant? Or is some thing needs medical attention? I ve taken two pregnancy test on monday both came back negative.
