No Periods After Abortion. Dry Mouth With Bad Taste In The Mouth. Why?

I have an abortion last August 31,2012,got a period 1 day then stopped until now my period not yet come again for about 5 months, I feel like a ball on my stomach and it s coming very hard when stuck on it,and now for 25 days my mouth is bad taste when I eat something I can t tasted.so, what means of this?and what disease I have?i need the answer and want to know my stomach will become flattens like I had before?some answers please!

Thanks for your query.
It is not normal not to have a period for 5 months after your abortion.
If it was a surgical abortion, there could be damage to the uterine lining.
In both medical and surgical abortion, chances of failure are there, so please consult your doctor for an evaluation.
premature ageing of the ovaries, hormonal disorders, thyroid problems , polycystic ovaries - all can cause irregular periods.
If you have taken antibiotics, it is common for you to have abnormal taste sensation.
Poor oral hygiene as well as fevers also can lead to this.
Please consult your doctor at the earliest.
