No Periods Post Pregnancy. Normal Menstrual Cramps, Clear Discharge. Ultra Sound Required?

I am 11 months post pregnancy(3rd baby). Going this long without starting cycle again is normal, however I have been having what I would describe as normal menstrual cramps. The past couple days have produced clear discharge as well. Normally I would have been to the doctor for a checkup and probably ultrasound, but we don't have insurance right now..so here I am. I have post issues with each pregnancy so I just am a little concerned

Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. If you are not taking any contraceptive measures, you could be pregnant. Kindly get a urine pregnancy test done, if that is negative you need progesterone tablets for withdrawal bleeding. If you are not on any contraceptive measure, kindly start one with.

Hi ! The first thing we have to exclude is a second pregnancy, which could have occurred without your knowledge, if you are active sexually without any precautions. Therefore, I would suggest you to get reviewed by your family physician who may advise for you a urine pregnancy test, a serum HCG test and an ultrasound abdomen to exclude the same or any other pathology in you.
Wishing you an early recovery.
