No Sex Drive, No Erection, Dipping After Urination, Mild Pain In Penis Shaft, Stiffness In Neck. Nerve Punched? Advice?
hello doctor!
i have no sex drive what so ever and can't get erection, i tried so hard and got it for half min then lost the erection. also in the last month i start getting some dipping after urinating but not anymore, and right now i feel mild pain in my penis shaft. what makes me unsure is last week i worked out i think i heart my back and neck as i feel stiffness in my neck and a spot pain in my back (spine) under the cage rips. so i'm afraid to have nerve punched, because i feel numbness and weakness in my legs.

Erectile dysfunction is a common problem. Normal erections depend on : (1) blood flow to the penis (2) nerve supply (3) normal level of certain hormones such as testosterone (4) also affect by any psychological or relationship issues
Low testosterone levels can also affect the sex drive.
If your testosterone level is low then replacement may help.
