No Sex For A Long Time. Have Tingling Sensation Inside Tip Of Penis. On UTI Medicine. No Improvement. Fungal Infection?

I am a 61 years old man. No sex for at least a year. I have the tingling sensation at the inside tip of my penis for the last 2 weeks. No other symptoms or visual blister, sore or whatsoever. My doctor thinks I have Urinary Tract Infection and prescribed Cipro. I am on Cipro for 12 days. The symptoms is about 50% better (it should be gone if UTI as I learned on the Internet). Can this be male yeast penis infection caused by fungus? Thank you very much.

Hi,
Apparently it looks like chronic urinary tract infection and takes some time to cure.
But as you are 61 years of age problem of having enlarge prostate also kept in mind.
Off course there are no signs of having prostate, but it is better to rule out prostate.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Ok and take care.
