Non-itchy Bumps On Arms And Stomach. How To Get Rid Of Them?

I have small skin colored, non irritating/itchy, bumps on my arms and left side of my stomach . The arm bumps have been there for a while now. The are only a bit larger then goose bumps , sometimes even the same size. Occasionally they will turn red but that might be because I scratched them. I m not quite sure because I don t remember scratching them sometimes. What are they, why are they there, and how do I get rid of them?

you might have developed warts.

These are skin colored and asymptomatic

It is a viral infection and permanent treatment is not possible.
