Non Productive Cough, Muscular, Uncontrollable, Difficulty Breathing, Prickly Feeling In Chest, Urine Incontinence. Treatment?

I have a non producing cough which comes on suddenly, feels muscular, not bronchial, uncontrollable, face turns deep red/purple, can t get breath, arms and upper chest get a prickly feeling thoughought. Also, have serious incontenance problem, but only when this uncontrollable cough comes. Any ideas on what this can be

Hi. Sudden non-productive cough i due to irritation, whether bronchial or not. Due to pressure on abdomen due to violent cough the incontinence can come. As also you are having such severity to cause the problems you are facing, this is more in favor of needing a proper evaluation to guide for the proper treatment. I hope you are not a smoker or work in areas full of irritational substances in the atmosphere at home or workplace.
