Hi welcome to HCM
From your description you seem to be having multiple lipomas or similar soft tissue swelling. These swellings are mostly benign and harmless. First consult a good doctor and get it confirmed that it is a benign swelling and harmless and if that is confirmed than you need not remove these swellings and leave them alone.
Because even if you remove it , there are chances that it may recur again.
A swelling needs to be removed 1)if it is hard and doubtful to be malignant.
2)if it is growing rapidly in size.
3)if it is cosmetically toublesome e.g. on face
4)if it is causing pain.
But removal of the swelling may sometime not relieve the pain but it will relieve you anxiety and you can get the biopsy done for the swelling.
