Normal To Have Bloody Discharge And Burning Pain In Groin After Abdominal Hysterectomy

I have just had a bowel movement and had a slight bloody discharge from my vagina, is this ok ? I am 14 days post op on an abdominal hysterectomy with tubes and ovaries removed, cervix still in place. I also get a burning pain in right groin , why is this?
Thanks Tracey

HI.
Since the cervix is not removed their can be a bloody discharge but it is still rare and warrants an examination... just to see there is just a granuloma and nothing else. Burning pain in the right groin can not really be explained. This can be due to nerve injury if their is a transverse incision
